Mumfulness Online Course


Mumfulness is an online course that teaches mindfulness for mums and how you can also apply the tools and techniques with your kids.
The course runs for 5 weeks for approximately 1.5 hours per session.
It is completely online so you can do it in the comfort of your own home and you don’t even have to organise a sitter!



In this 5 week online course, you will learn tips, tools and techniques on how to be a more mindful mum, enhance your conscious parenting skills and bring more harmony to your home.

There will be 2 live calls throughout the 5 weeks so we can all meet each other and share our wins and challenges plus ask any questions you may have.  AND you will have the opportunity to chat with me one-on-one about any topic you like!
